- Log into the Velosio Portal using your credentials at: https://shop.stratoscloudalliance.com/order/login/auth.
- Once logged in please look for the "Configurations" tab, click on it to continue to the next page.
- On the left there are multiple options, please scroll down and look for "Notification Templates".
- Once you've reached the screen look at the drop down menu near "Category" towards the top. Click the arrow and find "Rating and invoice details".
- Find the invoice setting that you want disabled and press the "Disable" button.
- All notifications for invoices will now stop until Enabled again.
